Rams home game versus Atherton Collieries in doubt...

Ramsbottom face a potential wash out this coming weekend (Saturday
19th) as their Riverside pitch is still unplayable due to the damage
done during the game against Squires Gate.
Work
has been done to try and get it up to a playing standard but with
more rain to descend throughout the week, the feeling is that the
pitch will struggle to hold a game this weekend.
At
the moment everything is in the air. Matchday
programmes, food, putting the lines down on the pitch and more are
all on hold for the time being.
A
pitch inspection will take place early Saturday morning but we are
pre-warning our supporters and those of Atherton Collieries NOT to
travel to the ground until confirmation has been made on our website
as to whether or not the game is on or off.
We
will keep you updated on events throughout the remainder of the
