Ramsbottom United supporters are set to be offered the chance to
receive up to the minute team and club news via bluetooth on their
mobile phones whilst they are watching home matches.
By
the end of February the club will be hopeful of launching the new
scheme that will be totally free to supporters who sign up.
Christopher Dunn said : "This will be a unique service for all
Ramsbottom United supporters and unless proved wrong, it will be a
first for the VodKat league.
"The
beauty of this service is that it is entirely free to sign up for.
There are no hidden costs and users will not be billed for the
service.
"We
will send out the team news for both sides 10 minutes before each
home game as well as updates throughout the game itself."
